As an accomplished sales leader, Courtney brings over 25 years of healthcare experience in the government and private sector. As the co-founder and managing partner at BioLaunch Solutions, she has led successful cross functional initiatives in complex matrix organizations. Courtney’s diverse educational background in sociology and political science equips her to build and lead high-performing sales teams and help life science companies realize their commercial goals at scale.
